24 Hour Return Policy
We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase, and we make every effort to make that happen. We have a 24-hour inspection period. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied within 24 hours of receiving your watch, please reach out for information on how to return it. We provide free returns.
NOTE: All products must be returned in the same condition as received. Any damage or misuse will incur a service fee of 50% of the watch’s value, or the return will be refused, and the watch will be returned to you.
Please contact us to begin a return. Please ensure you include your order number, full name, phone number, and address.
Returns will not be accepted if the watch was serviced while in your possession.
NOT COVERED:
- The buyer damaged the watch.
- Any signs that the watch was serviced or parts removed/changed
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
If your product is found to be defective within 14 days of purchase, we will repair it at no cost to you. We cover the shipping to and from you.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on any watch returned after it has been received.
